Unit 3: Hobbies, Leisure and Sport
Unit Purpose: The purpose of this unit is to enable students to express their personal interests around the topic of hobbies, leisure and sport, and to make/respond to invitations to events/ places related to the topic.

LESSON 4 Function 3.1 Text: containing statements in Simple Present in affirmative, negative and interrogative forms Ss must recognize the correct use of the sentences. LESSON 5 Function 3.1 Text: using the Present Simple in affirmative, negative and interrogative for reinforcing acquired knowledge in the previous class LESSON 6 Function 3.1Text: explaining the use of nouns, infinitive verbs and gerund verbs so that Ss express likes and dislikes.
LESSON 7 Function 3.2 Use of linking words so that Ss can build more elaborated sentences. LESSON 8 Function 3.2 Differences between yes / no questions and 'WH' questions in order to answer questions correctly. LESSON 9 Function 3.2 EVALUATION FOCUS: Ss will be able to create affirmative, negative and interrogative sentences using the auxiliary DO and 'WH' questions.
